Aleyso Bridger, born in Colombia, is the founder and CEO of Bridger Communications, established in 2010 in Miami. She is a columnist for American Airlines’ Nexos magazine, holds a degree in Social Communication and Journalism, and a Master’s in Marketing, with studies in Public Relations and Media from Goldsmiths, University of London. With over 18 years of experience, she has led successful marketing, public relations, communications, and literary agency strategies for CEOs of companies generating over six figures annually, including Timo Kipp, Coral Mujaes, Adriana Gallardo, Yermys Peña, Dr. Tania Medina, Dr. Amny Acosta Then, Orlando Montiel, and other national and international clients.
Before emigrating to the United States and founding Bridger Communications, she hosted her own radio show in Colombia while studying, worked as a news journalist, was an advertising executive at El Tiempo, and served as Senior Communications Director for Canal de Isabel II, a Spanish company with 2,000 employees and branches in Panama, Colombia, Mexico, the Dominican Republic, and Ecuador. Once in Miami, she worked in the corporate world as Director of Marketing Events for The Beacon Council, Miami-Dade County’s public-private economic development entity, where she connected with some of Miami’s top CEOs.
Her firm has implemented digital advertising and public relations campaigns in the U.S. for clients such as Century 21 Real Estate, Eva Longoria Foundation, Fuente Latina, Mundo Espiritual, Polvora Advertising, Penguin Random House, Simon & Schuster, Harper Collins, Univision, Meredith/Time Corporation, HOLA! In 2018, she created The BestSellers Choice in partnership with Imagen Magazine and in support of the Mujer Imagen Foundation, recognizing the best-selling Spanish-language authors based on Amazon rankings. This included authors such as Isabel Allende, Armando Correa, Dr. César Lozano, Alejandra Llamas, Ismael Cala, Adamari López, and many others.
In 2019, she launched The Bookclub Miami in collaboration with renowned nutrition expert Adriana Martin, a space with over 100 members who meet monthly to discuss a book in the presence of its author. The club has hosted top-tier authors.
Recognizing the radical shifts in the publishing industry and aiming to support aspiring authors, Aleyso founded Aurum Books 79 in 2019, a publishing division of Bridger Communications that provides comprehensive editorial services to top Spanish-speaking authors in the U.S. The imprint has published bestsellers for authors such as Luz María Doria, Executive VP of Despierta América, Univision; Adriana Gallardo, creator of Chingona Circle and founder of Adriana’s Insurance; Dr. Tania Medina, author, singer, and plastic surgeon with over 2.5 million followers—among the 16 titles published under the brand.
She continues expanding her company Bridger Communications under Bridger Corp., positioning it as a marketing strategy firm in the real estate sector through Prada Bridger Global Team.
Aleyso currently resides in Miami. Originally from Barranquilla, she loves dancing, writing, magazines, the ocean, sushi, and dulce de leche. She has a 15-year-old daughter, Daniella Lynn Bridger.
